The Fibonacci project is a major European project aiming at a large dissemination of inquiry based science and
mathematics education (IBSME) in Europe.
The project is funded by the EU under the 7th Framework Programme.

Coordination
The project will be coordinated for 38 months by the Ecole normale supérieure, France
with a shared scientific coordination with Bayreuth University, Germany.
Partners
The consortium of the project includes 25 members from 21 countries with endorsement from major scientific institutions such as Academies of Sciences.
At present the project is gathering 38 partners in 24 European countries.
